2009 update and revised policy

In striving to better serve you, we are changing a few things for 2009.
Each client will be charged $10/month for hosting. This ensures your website is available on the Internet for all to see. This will also include minimal changes to your site for that month. If the changes you desire seem to be in excess there will be a $20 minimum for the first hour and $15/hour for consecutive hours. You will be notified of these charges before the changes are done.
Due to the drop in cost, the following is the payment schedule for 2009. They are separated into quarterly payments to be made in advance.
Jan 15th -$42*
Apr 15th -$30
Jul 15th -$30
Oct 15th -$30
If for any reason you wish to cancel, you will be refunded for that time period. We hope that the drop in cost will help this not to be an issue. If payment cannot be paid by due date, your website and all services will be turned off until payment is made. If this is a recurring problem you will be asked to find service elsewhere.
*Once a year your domain name will come up for renewal, this will be a charge of $12 per year. It will be charged on your Jan 15th bill. This ensures your domain name belongs to you or your business.
